Change Your Address
Moved house or spotted a typo in your address? Follow the steps below to change your delivery address.
If you would like to update or change your address on your account, you will need to do this before the first working day of the month. If the correct information is not provided by this date, boxes may be sent to the wrong address, and there is an increased risk of failed deliveries or orders being returned to us by the courier.
The customer service team can assist with changing your address on your account, but this communication needs to be made by the first of the month to ensure we have enough time to make these changes.
Please note that any changes made after the first working day of the month will only affect the next month's box, not the current edition, as this will already have been processed and prepared for dispatch.
